This comprehensive database application supports the collection and reporting of the AAHP information that is required for physician credentialing purposes. The user-friendly interface allows the individual responsible for managing physician credentials to enter all information and to print the standardized application that is used in the United States. The use of Groups and Templates allows information that is common to a group of physicians to be entered once and shared across multiple applications. In this manner, updating the information that affects all of the members of a practice (or a subgroup of that practice) only needs to be done once. The shareware version supports the specialized formats used in the States
of Kansas and Missouri as well as the generic format that is used across the
